Terms of Service

Effective date: March 24, 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of Unite Memory products and services.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Unite Memory services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  • If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Use of Services

  • You may use the services only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for activities under your account.

  • You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operations.

Customer Data

  • You retain ownership of content and data you submit to Unite Memory.

  • You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and provide the services.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights and legal basis to provide any uploaded or connected data.

Intellectual Property

  • Unite Memory and related software, branding, and materials are owned by Unite Memory and protected by applicable laws.

  • Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the services.

Fees and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription and any applicable order terms.

  • Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.

  • We may update pricing with advance notice as required by applicable law.

Term and Termination

  • These terms remain in effect while you use the services.

  • You may stop using the services at any time.

  • We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal compliance reasons, or security concerns.

Disclaimers

  • Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service at all times.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unite Memory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Our aggregate liability for claims related to the services is limited to fees paid by you for the services during the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction specified in your order form or, if not specified, the state of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time.

  • Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date and, where required, additional notice will be provided.
